Mama D’s Story
My name is Dubby, a 59-year-old single mother of two wonderful grown-up children. I’ve spent most of my life living modestly, always putting my family first. My biggest dream has always been to open my own restaurant and share my love for food with others. This pop-up is the first big step toward that dream, the beginning of my own restaurant that is opening soon here in Zurich. Turning 60 soon, this project is the best birthday gift I could ever give myself. I hope you’ll enjoy these flavors as much as I enjoy creating them for you.
